0300 numbers tend to be used by charities, non-profit organisations and public bodies. Virgin Mobile charges the same price for calls to 0300 numbers as it does for calls to numbers starting 01, 02 or 03.

The cost of calling 0300 numbers as a PAYG customer depends on which tariff you are on.
PAYG Reward
• Big Talk tariff: Free within your PAYG Reward call allowance and then 35p per minute.
• Big Data & Texts tariff: 35p per minute
• Starter tariff: 40p per minute
Calls made outside a PAYG Reward allowance have a minimum call charge of 1 minute, and are billed per second after the first minute.
Pay Monthly and SIM Only Customers
Calls to 0300 numbers are included and count toward your monthly call allowance. If you use up all your minutes, you will be charged 50p per minute to call 0300 numbers.
