Regulation update! The telecom regulator Ofcom requires that calls to 03/0345 numbers must be treated the same as calls to 01/02 landlines in terms of price and inclusive minutes. Additionally, the migration of landline networks to digital (PSTN switch-off) is ongoing, and line-rental & call-charge protections are being updated.
