EE treats calls to 03 numbers in the same way as 01 and 02 numbers. This means that if you have a contract with EE that gives you inclusive calls, then the calls that you make to an 0333 number will come out of your monthly allowance. Even if you are on Pay As You Go then the deal that you have may include some inclusive minutes and you will be able to use these to make calls to an 0333 number.
If you have already used all your inclusive minutes then you will be charged 40p per minute for calls to 03 numbers. This is the same amount that you would be charged for calls to 01 and 02 numbers. EE uses second billing so if the length of your call was 1 minute 40 seconds for example, you be charged for this time and it wouldn’t be rounded up to two minutes. If a business has an 0333 number then it will be much cheaper to call them on this number than using one that begins with 08.
If you are looking at buying 0333 numbers, we have access to over a million telephone numbers – including 03 numbers and 08 numbers.
