How do I set up the service?
Our Account Handlers will set up your initial configuration and guide you through Enterprise’s drag & drop functionality. They’ll always be on hand to help however once up and running you will be amazed at how user friendly, ‘Enterprise’ is.
How do I access Enterprise?
You can access Enterprise from your Smartphone or laptop – giving you the ultimate control wherever you are.
Can I use my existing business phone number?
Yes. As a Tier 1 provider we can easily port your number over to our system. If you need a new number we can help with that too.
How long does it take to set up Enterprise?
The service takes between 1 hour minimum and 1 day to establish (depending on how complex the service requirements are).
